Refund policy
All Alternuts products constitute diposable, food-grade packaging. Therefore, our products are not eligible for return under any circumstances. In the unlikely event that your ordered products are delivered damaged, please email us some photos and video of the damaged product to ecobuddy@alternuts.com with the invoice within 24 hours of receiving your order. Upon authorisation, we will gladly offer you an exchange or refund. Items that may have been damaged, defective or sent by error will be fully refunded.

Order Cancellations:
If a customer cancels an order after it has been processed/shipped, a cancellation fee may be deducted from the refund amount.
RTO (Return to Origin) of Prepaid Orders:
In case a prepaid order is returned undelivered (RTO) due to customer reasons (e.g., incorrect address, refusal to accept), a refund processing fee and applicable logistics charges will be deducted before initiating the refund.
Refund Timeline:
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after deducting the above charges.
